relation to this web site/ Mobile app.

ORDERING FROM US
1.1
Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the
registration form using our online service.1.2 Once you have completed the registration form, one of our representative will get in touch with you for further on-boarding process.
1.3 Acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm receipt of the registration form by email or call.
1.4 Delivery will be made as per our fix delivery pattern.
2.PRICING
2.1 Please
refer to products section for pricing details of each of the product. The exact
cost relevant to your order will be detailed on your payment request.
2.2 The
prices are reviewed periodically and can be changed
3.PAYMENT/COLLECTION
3.1
Payment can be made online at www.vinobhamilk.com or Mobile
App. This is an automated payment system. Payment can also be made by handover
cheques to our Collection executive. Cheques should be on favour of Vinobha
Milk Distributor.
3.2 We
strictly discourage payments by cash however, in any unavoidable circumstances,
we may collect payments by cash and is chargeable i.e. RS 50 per invoice.
3.3 We
use Paytm payment gateway to process your online payments. Incase of failure of
the payments made at VDN site or Mobile App, we in co-ordination with Paytm
support team shall investigate and resolve the failure. For more information,

3.4
If your cheque happens to bounce due to insufficient funds or any other
technical reason like signature mismatch, you would have to additionally bear
Rs 250 penalty fee charges.
4.
CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling of Milk
4.1 : if
you no longer require milk because of any reason please call us on +91
9664586323 or write us on submit the form in contact us section to convey
the message. If there is any outstanding, settlement needs to be done within 10
working days.
4.2 If,
any rescheduling please inform us before 24 hours via phone call on +91
9664586323
Please
avoid using any digital platform like facebook, twitter , instagram for
rescheduling of milk order
4.3 If
you don’t receive milk please call us on +91 9664586323 between 8.00 am to
12.00 noon of that particular day
5.
SERVICE ACCESS
5.1 We
make every effort to keep the web site up and running smoothly. While we
endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we
will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or
for any period.
5.2 Access
to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of
system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
6.
REGISTRATION
6.1 Each
registration is for a single user only. We do not advise you to share your user
name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
6.2
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if
you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact
us immediately.
6.3 We
may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable
discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and
conditions.

COMMUNICATION
You will be required to enter your phone number and email id while registering to avail services from us.
By doing so, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls, SMS notifications,
mobile applications and/or any other electronic mode of communication for billing, payment, delivery and new product or services launch updates.

DISCLAIMER
8.1 While
we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do
not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We
may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices
described in it, there will be a notice on the site advising you of this.
